This Privacy Policy explains what information Voxere collects when you use our AI creator suite, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Voxere, you agree to the practices described here.
01.Information we collect
- Account details you provide at signup: first name, last name, email address, phone number, and username.
- Content you create or upload, such as scripts, text for voice generation, and prompts.
- Billing information related to purchases of Voxes and subscriptions. Card and bank details are processed by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
- Usage data such as feature activity, credit (Voxes) transactions, and referral activity.
02.How we use your information
- To provide and operate the Voice Studio, Stock Finder, Visual Prompt Studio, and related services.
- To process payments, manage your Voxes balance, and administer the referral program.
- To communicate with you about your account, purchases, and important service updates.
- To secure the platform, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms of Use.
03.Third-party processors
We use trusted third parties to run the service, including payment processors (Paystack, Stripe), AI generation providers, and stock media providers (e.g. Pexels). These providers receive only the data needed to perform their function and handle it under their own privacy terms.
04.Data retention
We keep your account data while your account is active. Generated media files may be stored temporarily and automatically deleted after a limited retention period. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us.
05.Your rights
You can access and update your profile information in Settings. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
06.Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted transport and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
07.Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Voxere after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
