Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Voxere. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Voxere.

01.Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering, keep your credentials confidential, and choose a unique username. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Usernames also act as referral identifiers and cannot be changed to impersonate others.

02.Voxes and payments

  • Voxes are a virtual credit used to run tasks on Voxere. Voxes have no cash value and are not refundable except where required by law.
  • Prices may be displayed in your local currency and converted at checkout. All payments are processed by our payment providers.
  • Subscription plans renew as described at purchase; one-time packs credit Voxes once.
  • If your balance is insufficient for a task, the task will not run until you top up.

03.Generated content and licensing

You retain the rights you hold in the scripts and prompts you submit. Media retrieved from third-party stock providers (such as Pexels) remains subject to those providers' licenses. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated or retrieved content complies with applicable law and third-party rights.

04.Acceptable use

  • Do not generate deceptive, defamatory, unlawful, or rights-infringing content, including voice clones of real people without consent.
  • Do not abuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service or its credit system.
  • Do not create multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or the referral program.

05.Referral program

Referral commissions are credited on qualifying purchases by referred users and are subject to the withdrawal rules shown in the app, including minimum payout thresholds. We may withhold or reverse commissions obtained through fraud or self-referral.

06.Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features, models, and pricing may change over time. Temporarily stored generated files may be deleted after a retention period.

07.Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including through our admin moderation tools. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

08.Liability

Voxere is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

09.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create a Voxere account. If you use Voxere on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

10.Third-party services

Voxere depends on third-party providers for speech synthesis, AI analysis, stock media, and payments. Their availability, models, and licence terms can change, and outages on their side may affect Voxere. Data shared with these providers is described in our Privacy Policy.

11.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date, and continuing to use Voxere after that means you accept the updated terms.

12.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Nigeria, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country grants you a different forum.
